NOTE: All properties are non-smoking. Minimum 3 night stay. Credit card bond. 25% deposit secures booking. Balance due 60 days prior to stay. One-off fee of $490, charged up-front, for cleaning property upon departure. Children welcome, but strictly no parties. Baby package $150. Check-in 3pm, check-out 10am.
